Martini glass fluid simulation rendered in Blender

A study in fluids

Fluids in Blender are fickle, to say the least. My attempt at a convincing simulation turned into a study of how the fluid system really works. I got almost there — the limits were my graphics card and how long I could tie up my system.

None of the simulations here run higher than a resolution of 256, and even that was taxing.
