Two years down the Blender rabbit hole taught me what's worth your time and money — and what isn't. These are the courses, plugins, assets and tools I actually use. No fluff, no padding.
After hundreds of free YouTube hours, these are the few things that earned a spot in my wallet.
My #1 Course
The first paid course I broke down and bought (Robotic Planet World). I learned methods in the first third that I'd never seen in hundreds of hours of free videos. Structured, easy to revisit, and it took me from "beginner" to officially intermediate.
My #1 Plugin
The first plugin I ever paid for and a must-have for destroying things in Blender. If you're into rigid body and destruction sims, the latest release is genuinely amazing — and there are plenty of tutorials on how to use it.
Where Everyone Starts
It's free, open source, and the reason this whole site exists. If you're even a little curious, download it and run the Blender Guru donut tutorial. That's exactly how my journey started.
