Pumpkins on A Porch

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Fond memories trick or treating. I wanted to create somekind of feeling of awe and spookyness. Not sure if it worked or not but it was a lot of fun building and gave me a chance to focus on texturing, lighting and compositing.

It started out as a rigid body experiment and ended up being, well, this. I have a love hate relationship with Blender. I don’t know where to start but once I’ve started I don’t know where to stop. My imagination keeps wanting to try new things new techniques. Enjoy and Happy Halloween.
